Dr. Keegan presided over Skagit Valley College as president since 2012. He recently announced his plan to retire before the Summer of 2022. We had the honor of working with the SVC marketing team to capture Dr. Keegan in his office one last time and to be used on the cover of the Summer 2022 “Currents” issue as shown below.
